Maker is managing the delivery of civil engineering services for multiple phases of the Calderwood Valley masterplanned community. Maker’s involvement encompasses detailed design for over 400 standard residential lots, 28 super lots, and 270 mixed-use lots. Additionally, Maker is handling bulk earthworks, major and minor road infrastructure, drainage design as well as management of consultants, services and authority approvals across Stages 5 & 6, Calderwood’s South and East Town Centres, as well as the development of sports fields and wetlands.
Working closely with the Lendlease delivery team, Maker is seamlessly integrating sustainable, eco-friendly choices and innovative design solutions that reflect a resilient and modern urban landscape.
