Founded in 2018, Directors Mark Rigoni, Kelly MacDonald, and Ryhan Thomson bring decades of expertise and a determination to engineer environments with purpose. Actively involved in our projects, they lead by example and mentor our team of more than 50 staff to ensure successful outcomes for our clients and communities.
