Stockland’s Forest Reach Land Lease Community (LLC) is a locally significant over 50’s development located within the Forest Reach Development in Huntley.
The LLC and adjacent Northern Precinct are undergoing significant bulk earthworks including the re emplacement of 1.3 million cubic metres of coal wash. Following on from the completion of the bulk earthworks, the LLC will provide 234 homes as well as several associated community facilities.
Maker are responsible for the civil detailed design to achieve DA and SWC, as well as the coordination of all services approvals. Maker play a key role in the project and are responsible largely for the successful delivery of the project.
The project includes significant investment by Stockland and is a landmark project in the region.
