Located in the southern extents of the Riverina and the Greater Hulme Local Government Area, the Glenellen Solar Farm road upgrades were undertaken to support the Glenellen Solar Farm development. Maker’s scope of works included the detailed survey and both the concept and detailed design of multiple road and intersection upgrades. These upgrades were essential for implementing the Traffic Management Plan required for the construction of the Glenellen Solar Farm.
The road upgrades aim to facilitate efficient access and traffic flow to and from the solar farm, ensuring smooth operations during construction and beyond. By addressing infrastructure needs, the project supports the successful implementation of the Glenellen Solar Farm, contributing to the region’s renewable energy goals and promoting sustainable development. This development will enhance local transportation networks and support the broader objectives of renewable energy expansion.
