In collaboration with the Council, Maker has devised an innovative Stormwater Management Strategy. This strategy ensures that the site’s discharge will not overwhelm the existing Council network while preserving the endorsed development layout. It required meticulous planning and consideration of several Coastal Management Authority waterways to ensure that development flows remained separate from these watercourses.
