Maker has been engaged by the Royal Freemasons Benevolent Institution and HT Building to provide civil design services for the proposed site-wide upgrade of the Hawkins Masonic Retirement Village.

As part of the project, Maker developed a comprehensive site-wide grading and water cycle strategy, which played a crucial role in shaping the master plan. Following the master plan, Maker proceeded with the detailed design of Stage 1 of the redevelopment. This stage includes 56 independent living units and associated civil works, such as roads, pathways, stormwater management systems, and utility services.
